How to Clarify Your Feelings
What comes first, thoughts or feelings? It is noted that feelings follows thoughts; the thought process triggers different feelings in us. Bob Proctor says: “We use the word feeling to describe the conscious awareness of the vibration we’re in“.

It is important for us to take note of our thoughts because the feelings generated are creative whether positive or negative!
Neville says it nicely:
Every feeling makes a subconscious impression and unless it is counteracted by a more powerful feeling of an opposite nature must be expressed. The dominant of two feelings is the one expressed.
I am healthy is a stronger feeling than I will be healthy. To feel I will be is to confess I am not; I am, is stronger than I am not.
What you feel you are always dominates what you feel you would like to be; therefore, to be realized the wish must be felt as a state that is rather than a state that is not.
Sensation precedes manifestation and is the foundation upon which all manifestation rests.
Be careful of your moods and feelings, for there is an unbroken connection between your feelings and your visible world. Your body is an emotional filter and bears the unmistakable marks of your prevalent emotions.

Action Step
Make a conscious step to take note of your thoughts; if it generates a negative vibration ask yourself; what unlovely thoughts am I thinking? Then take action to reverse those negative thoughts to something loving and empowering.
Also never go to bed in anger or in a negative state of mind. Clear you mind by listening to a soothing music or something that puts you in a state of peace and tranquillity
